We build capacity so you can build community.

Time is money,
so they say.

But nonprofits and small businesses often don’t have much of either. That’s why we're committed to affordability, reliability, and speed. Your capacity is a valuable resource.

A flexible approach

Meet our founder.

Hi, I’m Hannah. I started Gooding Advisors because I see nonprofits and small businesses as the backbone of vibrant communities. They’re scrappy— which is why we love them— and they’re hopeful— which is why we need them.

My career has always focused on nonprofits and small businesses. I’ve consulted more than 35 nonprofit organizations in strategic planning and fund development, and held various front-line and management roles with small businesses across food, retail, and service industries. All this work has taught me one key lesson: If you want to help a community, start by supporting the people who know it best and love it most. That’s my personal mission, and the driving force behind Gooding Advisors.

You show up for our community, so we show up for you.
